I’m a level 5 Sports Therapist, I am currently working towards becoming a Master Myoskeletal Therapist awarded by the Freedom from pain Institute to fulfill my goal of becoming one of the best bodywork therapists in Ireland. My mission is to guide my clients to pain-free movement, I can help you feel better, recover, perform better and learn how to manage chronic pain.
I am also a certified holistic therapist and certified in lymphatic drainage.
